Britney Spears: Promoter says,' Australian mime reports 'fabrication'

Promoters to Britney Spears' have said claims people walked out of her current Australian gigs because she was miming are "an absolute fabrication". Spears' reports Perth Burswood Dome gigs on November 6 and 7 suggested some fans were so upset the singer was seemingly miming they left the show. However, a spokesperson for the venue said no complaints had been logged, and promoter Paul Dainty claims the criticism was inaccurate."It's the biggest lie I've ever heard," Dainty told The Australian. "I'm so angry. We can take heat if there's something wrong and people can review shows badly - that's something you have to live with - but to say people stormed out of the show was an absolute fabrication."Dainty added that Spears has also been hurt by the claims. "Britney is aware of all this and she's extremely upset by it," he continued. He went on to admit that although Spears' concerts do feature miming, this is well-known among her fans."It's been all over the internet for nine months," he said. "The inference is that we tried to hide this. It's been the opposite. This show is about an incredible spectacle, which it is."

Britney Spears' New Menage Clip, watch

Britney Spears isn't meant to be taken so literally. Like, when she coos "Hit Me Baby…One More Time," she doesn't actually want you to reel off and clock her.
And when she says she's "Toxic," she isn't inferring that an encounter with her will require a call to poison control, although, better safe than sorry.
So then, it makes a certain sense that her new single,"3," a paean to the simple joys of having sex with two other people at the same time, would spawn a video in which she cavorts not-all-that-sexily with six male dancers and four female dancers. Math is for losers.
The song, from the upcoming Singles Collection, isn't quite convincing as a come-on or a party-starter, and if invoking Peter, Paul, and Mary is meant to get us hot and bothered, then she had a very different reaction to this album cover than we did.
But the song does boast the awesome line, intended to let her scared-to-bejeesus man off the hook: "If you don't like the company/Let's just do it you and me."
But who wants to hear a song called "2?" That's just stupid.
